Registration just spinning.

    When you click register, the user get caught in the recaptcha and the loading user icon just spins.

    The user who tries to register does not receive an email, and the admin receives two.

    I’m looking for a quick resolve as the registration portion is important.

    *update*

    user DOES receive TWO emails that direct to the ‘promotion’ tab on gmail.

    The user is NOT redirected on the website and is still caught in a spin.
