Had this to, go to Posterno settings – General – Theme And uncheck Include Bootstrap css and Include Bootstrap scripts. That did it for me!

Thanks Jeroen, I have actually decided to change plugins instead. I sort of want the bootstrap, but I want to be able to control it. I appreciate your quick advice though.
Hi @gayle1
This shouldn’t have happened. When Posterno is installed, it’ll automatically create the dashboard and profile page menus within it’s own menu location it won’t overwrite any other menu, unless there isn’t any menu locations defined by your theme?
Could you tell me what theme are you using so I can have a look at the issue?

Hi Alessandro,
The theme is Kontrast. I could have overcome it by moving the Posterno menu to the subheader location and rebuilding the main menu, but I just thought it was a bit strange that it totally removed all the links from the main menu and I had to put them back in. It definitely could have been fixed in the end but I had too many other things to think about at the time.
Hi @gayle1
No worries, I’ll have a look at the theme you mentioned to see if it was a conflict with the theme.
