    I am moving my site from current hosting to AWS hosting. Setting up and testing has been good until I got to the SSL part. I have valid SSL certs, I installed this plugin.

    Where do I install the cert? I see errors showing
    Detected setup
    error No SSL detected.

    I also see
    Detected possible certificate issues
    Really Simple SSL failed to detect a valid SSL certificate. If you do have an SSL certificate, try to reload this page over https by clicking this button:

    Reload over https – I click this I get a blank screen with
    This site can’t be reached x.x.x.x refused to connect.
    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    I am sure there is something very basic I am missing – I have tried looking through the docs and forum before posting

    Your description suggests your SSL certificate is not correctly installed yet. Please test your site using https://ssllabs.com/ssltest

    If it shows any errors, your hosting company should be able to help you with that.

    Certificate installation is not done through this plugin, but will need to be done following instructions from your hosting company.
