School Dinner Ordering

Hi all,

I have a friend who is providing school dinners to a local school and wants the parents to be able to order online, and also to have the following features:

1. Register on the website
2. Parents should able to view the previous months orders for their child or children (but not amend them)
3. The Admin of the website should be able to generate various reports, such as weekly or monthly reports, reports for orders for the specific child for a month

Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.
