Site Can’t Be reached issue

    Hi,
    I’m using Shield on my site and it’s blocking my IP. I tried to deactivate plugin, it still gets the same issue. I added forceOff even forceoff, it still gets the same issue.
    How can I re-access my site now?

    You said you deactivated shield, and it still had the problem… This means it’s not Shield causing the problem.
