Redirection problem

Have you created the blog as a sub domain?

Now, go to Settings –> General and enter the URL http://blog.youtips.net/ in:

WordPress address (URL) and Blog address (URL) field.

Also, create a .htaccess file under your subdirectory blog and set up a permalinks to default (or whatever you want)
