Hi! Yeah, that’s what I thought as well, so I deactivated all plugins but the issue still persisted. So maybe it’s related to my theme? I’m using Avada. The order details did not appear either actually. The website is http://www.themixfix.nyc It’s live so I have the steps checkout plugin turned off atm.
Could you please turn off the “WooCommerce One Page Checkout” option on the WP Admin -> Avada -> Theme Options -> WooCommerce page? This might solve the issue with the payment options.
I was sure that would fix it, but it didn’t.
The missing payment methods could also be because of a conflict with another plugin. Could you enable the WooCommerce Multi-Step Checkout plugin and deactivate the WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor plugin for a moment just to see if this causes the missing payment methods?
