Maybe it’s not properly connected to WordPress.com.
As a first step, would you try simply disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack? To disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack, first go to Jetpack in your site’s wp-admin dashboard. Then, scroll down to the Connections area. Click the “Manage site connection” link as shown here:

Then, click the red “Disconnect” button as shown here:

Click that, then reconnect to WordPress.com when you see the prompt to do so.

Does it say “Everything looks great!”? If not, let us know and we’ll go from there.

Then go to this link, (please check this link carefully and replace your site address) https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.YOURSITE.com%2F
Search and click “Scrap again” Now you see your Site banner. Now you go to facebook, post your site link and see what happened.
You can use “The SEO Framework” plugin. Personally I am using this plugin. It’s handy than Yoast.

Every sharing button / or linked post it’s not showing image thumbnail on social media.
I have checked and debug your content link.
Have to set the post photo as “Featured Photo” then you can get the image on the social media.

Featured photo must be stored on your hosting.
