How to insert Thumbnail into post….

    Guess this will seem “stupid” for many, but i really don’t manage to insert a Thumbnail picture to my posts…. though my theme (premium news , by woo) supports thumbnails, it only inserts the picture in the post itself…. do I need a Plugin for this ?

    When inserting an image, check that you select the correct image size (thumbnail, medium, large, full size).
