xml sitemap errors

I use an external site map generator from xml-sitemaps.com because most of my sites are a mix html/php based pages and blogs in a sub directory.

I am now having content feed into most of my blogs using the xmlrpc.php script which works well.

Unfortunately when I run the site map generator it does not see any of the posts that have been loaded in automatically. Is there a privacy control or a pice of code that I have missed.

Even though the site map generator is not seeing the posts google is indexing them – strange!!
