• Hi,

    I installed Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer to personalize the emails of my e-shop but doing some tests, there is a big problem:

    The administrator receives correctly the email “New order” but the client doesn’t receive the “customer processing order”, nor “customer new account” or any other email.

    Any idea where the problem is?

    Hey,
    Because the admin emails are going out my guess is that it’s a spam filter. But hard to know, ideally you could contact your host and have them trace those emails to see what happens.

    Just to check have you tried deactivating other plugins and testing?

    Are you using an SMTP plugin for the email server?
