Hi,
Please try setting the date with the full year, I mean 01/05/2019 instead 01/05/19
If the problem persists please open a private ticket (it’s free) at https://apphourbooking.dwbooster.com/contact-us and indicate there the address of the page contains the form to check the case in detail and provide the solution.
Thank you!

Ok I will give that a go, but I was following the date format in the general settings and help message against that field which said use the date format dd/mm/yy and not dd/mm/yyyy.

Right, I have tried your suggestion and I have found that unless I select the default Date Format in General Settings, i.e. mm/dd/yy its the only format that works. Then actually entering 05/11/2019 in the default date it now displays the calendar starting at May which is great. I then entered the 07/13/2019 date in the max date and it now only allows the calendar to be moved up to July. So its fixed in a roundabout way, but your date format selection does not work in these date fields and you only show it need YY i.e. 19, whereas actually you need YYYY, i.e. 2019, so you need to fix this during a future update. Thanks for your help.

Sorry for delay in getting back to you on this issue. I installed the latest update and the Date Format is still not working correctly. I expect when I go into the General Settings Tab and set the Global Calendar settings, i.e. Date format it should then flow out across the whole of the plugin, but it has no effect. I want to use the UK format of DD/MM/YYYY with Calendar Language as English (UK). I want it to display the date correctly on the Time Slots under the calendars as DD/MM/YYYY in the published form and in the reports, but it is only showing as MM/DD/YYYY, no matter what date format is set. Likewise, on the Opening Hours in the Field Settings Tab, it displays that as YYYY/MM/DD and is not changed by altering the date format setting. Also unless the Default Date Format is selected as MM/DD/YYYY the Default Date, Min and Max Date Setting still doesn’t work correctly as previously explained.
When you update the plug to fix these issues, you also need to update the help ? messages.
Lastly, when viewing the Booking Orders placed, only the person’s email details appear in main report columns, why is there not a basic name field? I got round it by using a Single line for the name but then it only appears in the message column. The persons name in a booking is important. I tried using the Email field, but it only accepts a valid email address format i.e. me@me.com and not free text.
Hi,
Please update to the latest version 1.1.11, we have published several improvements to the date formatting. Note: After changing the date format you have to save the form settings to get the new setting applied.
The name info appears currently in the “message” column in the bookings orders, however we will be working in new features to customize the columns of those reports like currently available for the CSV export columns in the General Settings side menu >> CSV settings.
Thank you for your feedback!

WOW!! Now that’s what I call a brilliant plugin support service! As a result of a forum message you have now released a plugin update that has sorted out all the date formatting issues I was having. Many thanks and I look forward to see the further developments.
My only very minor criticism would be, why is it needed to put the likes of the date and calendar formatting in the General Settings for each and every calendar, when it could be in the overall General Settings area for the plugin as I can’t see the need to ever change it for each calendar I need to create.
That being said, well done!!
Thank you very much for your feedback, this helps a lot to the plugin development and to improve its features.
We will continue working in new updates including the features you mention.
Thank you!
