!URGENT! Payment Gateway Gets Stuck

    Hi,

    We have just put together a shop element to the above website and have integrated it with SumUp payments. The system does not accept the payment and just locks up.

    Sumup has advised us that it could be either an issue with them or with Woocommerce so have asked us to contact support.

    If you could help that would be great.

    Hi there!

    I’m not sure of the extension you’re using the set up SumUp payments on your store, but it is not a payment method that comes built-in with WooCommerce.

    Please reach out to the support team of the extension developers directly for further assistance on this.

    We have reached out to their support and they told us to contact your support as they think the issue could be linked to WooCommerce…

    Hi there!

    I’m not sure what exactly they think is the problem with WooCommerce here, but if they would like for us to further investigate, please request them to file a bug report in the official repo based on their findings regarding what they think with WooCommerce is causing this https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues

    I understand you might want to get this Payment Gateway working as soon as possible for the proper functioning of your site, but this is not something developed by us, neither do we provide support for it.

    WooCommerce is a free and open source eCommerce plugin for WordPress. Anyone is free to develop extensions for the same. That said, we cannot provide support for third-party extensions or payment gateways here.

    If they’re not able to help you further with this, I recommend checking if any of the payment gateways in https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/ would be suitable for your business. There are a lot of free extensions there!
