    Hi,
I discussed about the blur images with you previously, that issue is resolved. It was because of image optimization plugin.

Now the problem is when I’m applying setting for w3 total cache, it is unable to write and execute files.
for now I’m unable to see any thing in w3tc folder in my website.
Plus if i allow w3tc folder(whole folder) to write and execute files, it breaks my website completely. All the layout everything.

    Hello,
I would suggest you disable and deinstall W3 Total Cache and remove the w3tc folder. After that Check out our install page here and follow the instructions

I followed the link you sent and followed the instructions.
Once the settings were saved and new w3tc-config folder was formed, my website broke.
    All layout, everything.
    So what to do now?

    Hello,
Disable the settings one by one. Save and purge caches. see which one is causing the issue.

    Hi,
I’ve made all the changes on preview mode so actually no changes are deployed.
Just that w3tc folder when it has excess to execute files my website breaks. When I restrict the file permission to read and write my website is okay. But then obviously w3 cache is unable to write files and work is not done.

    Yes,
THat’s why I asked you to see which setting is causing your website to break. Disable the settings one by one. see which one is causing this. Try with Minify first.
