I am sure there are multiple ways to achieve that using Elementor. For example, start with a page template that is blank, such as Elementor Canvas. Insert a single column section that will hold the background image. Embed in that a 3 column section, of which the middle column will hold a text box. Its border can be configured with the shadows. The logo and the company name might require yet another embedded 3 column section – but I don’t have the time to go into all the details. Underneath, you might want to have another plugin to handle the subscription, which could be inserted in the section using a short code.
The real question is whether you have already poked around in Elementor and have had a specific difficulty in creating the layout you desire. You would probably get more useful information here is you came with a specific problem to solve.

Sorry, you are right… I think that I wasn’t so clear.
What I need is “only” the content.
I mean, I would like to create two columns like in the body.
And, when you select one the text, you are able to see a product.
And, when you click the second text, another product with a nice effect like in the link…
That’s all. But I don’t know how to create this effect in Elementor…
Do you have some suggestion? =)
That is not a feature in Elementor. You will probably need some JS custom code to handle this.
