Problem with close the Widget

    Hi,

    Im using this Plugin, which is amazing. I try before like 5, and finally i choose this one.

    But im having a problem that i can’t resolve. Im trying to do this:
    -Show again? Yes
    -Reload after Reject: Yes
    -Reload after Scroll: Yes
    -Hide the Widget after 15 seconds or scroll.
    -I use this code:
    We use \”cookies\” to improve your experience on our website. If you continue browsing, you accept it.
    [cookie_reject] [cookie_accept]

    But everytime i press the button “Cookie Accept” it goes down to Privacy and Policy, and NEVER NEVER close..
    If i use without the ‘Show again’ it works when i press “Cookie Accept”, BUT i need and want the Hides adds.

    I can’t use the Hides adds without the “Show again”.

    There are any solution?

    Hi @marcoskrop,

    The show again tab is a minimized version of the cookie consent bar which a user can use in case he decides to change the cookie consent once given or review the cookie policy.

    If you enable Show Again Tab under Cookie law settings > General, it will show a minimized version of cookie bar with title “Privacy & Cookies Policy”. You can turn it off if not required.

    Hi,

    Yea, the “Show again” is for that. But i want to Hide the Widget with “Hide the Widget after 15 seconds or scroll.” then it will appear the “Show again”, and if i open it and accept it, it disappears forever. Right now, when i open it, it just goes down again.

    Also when the “Show again” is On you can put “Accept” and it never disappears, just go to “Show again”, how i can fix that?

    Hi @marcoskrop,

    You can either enable or disable the Show again tab. Currently, there is no option to set it conditionally to behave differently.
