    Hello.
Firstly I want to thank you for this amazing plugin, thank you so much! πŸ™‚
But I have little bit of a problem with saving my Wysiwyg field. When I click save post, it seems to be saved, but when I refresh page there is nothing in the field or in frontend (php output). Other fields works fine. When I change this to another type of field, it works fine. Tried creating different wysiwyg field, in different meta. Doesn’t work. Any idea? :/ Wysiwyg field just doesn’t get saved.
    WP: 5.0.3
    WCK: 2.2.2
Tried disabling other plugins (troubleshoot plugin). Still doesn’t work :(.
    Thanks for any help!

  • Hi there,

So the problem is present even only with our plugin active?

Maybe also try with the Twenty Nineteen theme.

    Best,
    Gabriel

    Hello again,

    Nevermind!

I have managed to reproduce the bug.

I am forwarding it now to the development team.

    Regards,
    Gabriel

    And hi again,

Word from development is that a fix is coming in an update either today or on Monday.

    Cheers,
    Gabriel

    Thank you so much!! πŸ™‚
One more thing, custom post types (from your plugin of course) seems to doesn’t work too in WP 5. I created new post type, and it doesn’t show anywhere πŸ™
Anyway, keep up the good work, you are the best!

    Hi there,

It’s not supposed to show up anywhere by itself.

If you click on the View link underneath the post title (in the list of all custom post types), it presumably shows the post type in the front end.

    Cheers,
    Gabriel

I mean it doesn’t show up anywhere in the admin of WordPress. I think in old version it created new menu item (in admin) with custom post type name, where I could create new post, or I am wrong?

    Hi there,

For me it’s working well with the latest WordPress and WCK.

Do you mean that you have a custom post type under Dash -> WCK -> Post Type Creator, and it’s not showing in the back-end menu?

    Please provide some screenshots.

    Hello,
yeah, exactly. Have a look https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3883951/55a18bdf8eab4254fa74be87f0997bd9
But I actually don’t care about that too much. (maybe I am doing something wrong?)
What is more troubling, that the plugin is somehow “hacking” another field in WP admin into Wysiwyg. Please look: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uBBcWmlqOoeNjLfarZeHAupcoF4OkRFs/view?usp=sharing
It’s not even custom field from your plugin. I troubleshooted this and when I disable all plugins except these two, the problem is happening.
Is it possible that it will be fixed with the fix for saving the Wysiwyg ?
    Thanks again :))

    Hi there,

First regarding the custom post type not showing up in the back-end. If you create a new custom post type, with really simple and default settings, does it then show up in the back-end?

And about the conflict with Lazy Blocks, I have issued a bug report for our development team. Thanks for reporting it!

    With the best of regards,
    Gabriel
