Newsletter form issue “action failed”

Hello, i’ve got an issue with the newsletter form.
When someone subscribe, it shows “action failed” error but in reality it works good and send the email to confirm the subscription. API key and list ID are correct; i also tried the plugins deactivation but nothing changed.
