    Hi there

    I’d be really grateful for help with this: I’m new to Ultimatemember and it might be that I’m missing something simple…

    I’m using the plugin’s Form Builder and I would like to add a Row Heading to the Master Row. I’ve entered checked the box ‘Enable Row Heading’ and entered some text in the Heading Text box. But it does not appear on my form.

    Do I need to be using the UM theme for this functionality to work ?

    Hi @glennjarman,

    I couldn’t replicate this issue on our test site.
    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    Please make sure to update to the latest 2.0.39 version and see if it helps.

    Try to do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi there

    Thanks for the reply.

    I looked again, and embarassingly, this was my mistake. The user I was using to test with was not assigned with the correct Role and was therefore directed to the default Profile form, rather than the one I was amending…
