TinyMCE in Code Editor

    Hi

    Is there a way to add TinyMCE to the code editor?
    Since Gutenberg, while in code editor mode there’s no easy way for bold, link etc.

    So for example if I want to add a link while editing in code mode I have to actually write the whole phrase in html…

    This was something the Gutenberg team looked into, and it’s possible the few “insert a tag” buttons will be added there. It is possible to do from a plugin but is somewhat “hacky” for now. Best would be to have it in core.
