Sitemap – include category+filters pages

So far I have used the free version of the plugin, and I really like Yost. Great job!

However, there was a problem, the solution of which I have not yet found. I even searched for separate plugins, but so far to no avail.
My WP+WC site has static pages (blog entries, contacts, payment and delivery terms, etc.). But there are categories pages that, in combination with filters (color, material, size, etc.) form a large array of dynamic links.
Those links that I need (say, type 1) have a tag index,follow. The remaining links (say, type 2) have a tag noindex,nofollow.
I would like to add all type 1 links to the site map.
Can this be done with the help of Yoast? Maybe with pro version… If so, what do you recommend to do?
