Would I need a double loop?

    Hi All,
    Running 2.8 with revolution blue 3.0 if that matters.
    Trying to make a page that has:
    Header
    Static Page Stuff
    then…
    Last 10 blog posts.
    Left sidebar
    Right Sidebar
    Footer

    In the themes folder I found page.php and can get the header sidebar and footer stuff. How do I get the Static page stuff and then ## posts specific category.

    Thanks for any help.
