I am importing a new list with 50 subscribers.
The imported csv file fields are matched to the Mailpoet fields.
Choosing the “Update existing subscribers’ information” option, I get the message “Unable to save imported subscribers.”

When I uncheck the update existing radio box, I get the message “No subscribers were added or updated.”

I have had some nagging issues with the plugin since I began using it recently. Are there multiple incompatibility issues with the plugin and WordPress on Apache?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there @tsfm,

I’ve just checked that link and it’s working this end. Can you let us know if you’re still experiencing the same issue?

    Thanks!

Still the same. I am attempting to import a csv file but the behaviour described above is still there.
Did you import a csv file successfully (I assume you used the login we gave you previously)?

    Hi there @tsfm,

Sorry, these threads got mixed up, you got a response intended for someone else. Can you send us an email via support(at)mailpoet.com and we’ll check this out for you. Apologies again about the confusion.

    Thanks!
