User Photo Plugin

I’m having problems getting the user photo plugin to work.

I am getting broken image links when I upload images to the users profile.

The above link gives quite a good explanination on how to make it work – unfortunatley I can’t seem to make heads or tails of it ..

Basically – I am wanting to display a list of my members showing there user image thumnail

I then want to have there image displayed on there members page ..

can somebody please point me in the right direction / location to add code?
