Have you used different browsers to view the page, i.e. Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8, Firefox, Safari or Opera? If that’s the case you should notice that different browsers tend to display websites different. That depends on a lot of factors and it’s not that easy to just make it consistant.
In fact, that’s what most web designers do all day long: tweaking the styling of websites so they almost look the same in all the various browsers.
