Body font changed to bold

    It seems like as soon as I activated the language switcher, all of the body copy in the website appeared bold. There were no visual issues with the pages prior, as I was building the french versions of all of the pages. The fonts remained the same.

    The body font was set in the Theme Settings to Open Sans, weight 100. It doesn’t seem to affect the heading fonts (h1, h2, etc) that are set in the css. I have tried changing the body font in the theme to various other fonts to see if it’s an incompatibility issue with Open Sans, but every font appears bold in the body copy.

    Polylang does not change any of the content or styles. You should check with your prefered browser developer tools where the style comes from.
