    1. Tagline not showing up
    2. Can’t change the size of the tagline
    3. Can’t change the color of my menu links

    Hello,

    You need to edit the theme file using a child theme to display the tag line in Minimal header style and add some CSS code to change the font-size.
    For the menu links, go to Customize > Header > Menu and change the menu links.
