Settings page blank

    I’m having an issue with both the WordPress site not allowing me to save updates to pages and also iThemes Security. The iThemes settings page is blank – none of the settings are appearing but the images in the right sidebar are there. I have a screenshot but I’m not seeing a way to upload it to this post.

    I contacted the host server, which is Hostmonster, and this is there reply: “Yes the issue was with sever cache and I have updated the php version and made some use full changes that can help you.” They said to wait an hour and all should be fine but it’s been 7 hours and still not working. I will make contact with them again but thought I’d first check here to see if this has occurred with anyone before.

    I did uninstall the plugin and reinstalled but did not help. I tried Wordfence Security but it would not complete the installation. I’m concerned the site might be hacked but hostmonster didn’t indicate that it was.

    I’m using Firefox browser on Windows 10.
    Server:
    PHP 7.0.33
    MySQL 5.6.41-84.1

    I contacted the hosting service and they updated some features on the server. They didn’t tell me specifically which settings. Once I cleared my cache on the browser, as well as the cache on my computer, the issue was resolved.
