Can’t Log in as Admin to Post

I have been using WP for my blog since 2/09 and as of today I can no longer log in to update it. I login using: http://scottrubin.net/thisismymanhattan/wp-admin/index.php and now when I try to follow the link, it just stops loading and says “done” showing me just a blank page.

I went through godaddy’s application page and installed the 2.8 update, but that didn’t do anything. Except now my site isn’t loading either!
