Thank you for reporting this.
Content Aware Sidebars does not control the content of your widgets, and the links seem to do a 301 Redirect to the front page.
Do you have any access control or membership plugins? If so, try to deactivate those and see if that fixes the problem. Then try to open a support thread for the plugin in question.
I hope this helps!
Hi JJ,
Thank you for your reply!
I have the Ultimate Member plug-in running, but I don’t see why this should affect the functionality of the sidebar since it’s not user based.
Anyway, I have tried to deativate this plugin – and I have even tried to access my website as incognito. I assume this would secure that any control or membership plugins would be “overruled” since I wasn’t logged in (and don’t need to be logged in as a specific user to see the sidebar).
Unfortunately, this didn’t change things. When clicking on a month in the archive, I’m taken to the front page instead of the archive in question.
By the way, have you seen this post?

Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Christian
There might be something else making the links redirect, I would suggest deactivating all plugins and then reactivating one by one to see if that solves the problem.
It turned out that it’s the YOAST SEO plug-in that’s causing the problem!? Considering the size and the “scope” of YOAST worldwide, doesn’t this sound a bit strange?
What do you think?
