WordPress mu doesn’t recognize a new theme I’ve uploaded?

I uploaded a theme to wp-content/themes, but when I try to activate it, I can’t find it. Does anybody know what the problem is?

(It’s the Skeleton theme in the Hybrid framework FWIW.(
