    Looks like the Update button is clickable but it doesn’t actually save. It was working before how do I correct this. Do I need to rollback the most recent update and if so how do I get a copy of the last working version of the plugin.

  • Check the fields you have in your profile form. Do you have any of them set as “required.” If so, try unchecking “required” and retry.

    Hi @littleboxofrandom,

    Please check required fields as Byzane suggested in the previous message and also do a quick conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member and switching to the default WordPress theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    For some reason, Ultimate member is not showing me the settings for each field anymore and I can’t revise the settings of each field. So I can’t change whether a field is required or not. Is there a version of Ultimate Member before the update button was having issues? I can rollback to that version. Thanks
