Log out everywhere not working

    I’ve had some security issues where it appears somebody has logged into my site using my account. I’ve changed my password, added 2FA, clicked “log out everywhere else”, and created new security keys and added them to my wp-config.php file. Problem is I noticed that I haven’t been logged out of the wordpress app on my phone.

    Have I missed something? I need to know that I really am logged out everywhere. Why would I not be forced out of the wordpress app?

    It’s possible that you’re logged into the WordPress app with your WordPress.com account, which would be separate from how you log into your site.

    If that’s not the case though, I recommend reaching out to the app’s support at https://ios.forums.wordpress.org/

    Also try editing wp-config.php. In the section where all those salted keys are, click the link to generate new ones and replace those currently in the file. That should invalidate all cookies and connections.

    I didn’t think of the wordpress app. I’ve changed my wordpress.com login credentials and hopefull that will fix it.
