Why link in post don’t work?

I have a link to another site in my post but it doesn’t work.

For example, instead it go to a site like this:
http://myblog.com/go.php?http://myblog.com/gcd/

What I want is for it to go to:
http://myblog.com/gcd/

Can someone help urgently.
