Template Library Empty

I want to pick a template from the template library to pick a template for maintenance mode. The library is empty though.
All I see is an empty page that says something like:
“Don’t have any templates yet?
This is were your templates should be. Design them. Save them. Re-use them.”I have deactivated all my plugins and updated Elementor to the latest version, but there are still no templates visible.
System info gives me the following Error:
Not connected (cURL error 7: Failed to connect to my.elementor.com port 443: Connection refused)
