Disable Zoom

    When clicking on a picture the larger slideshow version opens which is what I want it to do. I do not however want the option to zoomn the picture. It opens a clear background and doesn’t zoom all that well. I would rather just disable that all together. Also when closing out of the larger view the zoom gets in the way and you end up clicking a few times to close the gallery.

    Hi @xr793,

    It looks like you are using Beaver Builder plugin that comes with its own lightbox and the image is opened in both NextGen’s lightbox and in Magnific Popup from Beaver Builder.
    I would suggest checking with Beaver Builder’s support to find a way to disable the Beaver Builder’s popup so it wouldn’t get triggered.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I disabled the Beaver Builder plugin and the issue went away. I will contact them for more assistance.

    PS… I googled the fix and found this incase anyone else runs into this issue.
    The Beaver Builder lightbox is enabled or disabled in Customize > Content > Lightbox.
