    Hi,

Whenever someone or a customer signs up for a new account on my site, they do not receive a “new account” email with their details, which I have set-up upon creating an account.

I, however, receive an email saying a new account has been created on my site. But when a new user tries to log in, they are led to page that says their email is invalid.

I’ve cleared my cache, deactivated plugins one by one, and switched my theme to twentynineteen but NOTHING WORKS. And until I can resolve this I can’t launch my shop.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@kroocrew User registration is managed by the WordPress software – this isn’t something that’s controlled by WooCommerce, it is a functionality of core WordPress.

To run a full conflict test correctly, you’d have to disable all plugins at once, and switch your theme while those plugins remain disabled. The main goal of the test is to end up with a bare-bones installation – with no extra plugins or third-party themes that could be creating conflicts. These conflicts can sometimes be crated by a combination of plugins, and not necessarily a single plugin; which is why disabling and re-enabling plugins one by one could be ineffective.

Given that the functionality that is broken is not part of WooCommerce, I would even suggest to disable all plugins including WooCommerce, just so that you can confirm or rule out the possibility of the conflict steaming from Wooe. If the issue is still happening with WooCommerce disabled, then you’ll have to look at other potential sources for this conflict.

    Hi @kroocrew,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
