Lost all my data after update

Hi, last month or couple of weeks ago i updated your plugin after that starts stopped showing. But then i rolled back the plugin and again updated it. This time stars came back but no rating was showing. After few more rollback and reinstall that data that i collected from visitors came back but the ratings that i gave to ad networks were lost. And, the major problem was, the review rating box was not appearing in the post edit section, that appear on the top right when we create or edit a post.

Finally today after some settings change i got that box again. Now i can rate networks. But the problem is, my old ratings are not showing up. Do i need to rate all networks again ?

From last month your plugin gave me so much headache as stars don’t look good empty.
