    My first advice will be to check if it is possible to enable your SSL certificate and to make sure that all your content is going to be using “https”.

    On the other hand, we need to double check if the problem is with Job Board or with the environment. Could you please, temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery. Is the problem solved?

    Could you please let us know what is “Job Boards” in your end?
    (Plugin, theme, etc).

    Please, let us know how are you inserting our gallery.

    Hi Gaby!

    We are actually looking to move over to https and SSL altogether, but since I’m relatively new to the company I’ve been going about it delicately as there’s a lot of moving parts and I’d rather not destroy the website in the process, and I haven’t done this modification before.

    The problem isn’t really with the gallery working though, it’s the other way around, the Simple Job Board plugin by Press Tigers ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-job-board/ ) stops working if the NextGEN Gallery plugin is active. The job posts still show on the website, but when trying to add a new post or edit an existing post through the plugin, the editor for Simple Job Board won’t load, which is why I’m having to deactivate the NextGEN Gallery so we can work on the posts, and then I reactivate the NextGEN Gallery after so we have everything up.

    Also, we are using the Method Theme and WordPress 5.0.3, not sure if this helps? Do you think this issue is being caused by the lack of updating to https?

    It seems that it’s an existing conflict with that plugin.
    We want to take a closer look at that particular problem you are having with “Job Boards”.

    We may need to deactivate plugins and switch the theme while troubleshooting temporarily. Would you feel OK with that? If so, please send us a bug report here: http://www.imagely.com/report-bug, refer back to this forum thread and let them know Gaby referred you.

    Hi Gaby!

    So umm, I don’t know what happened between friday and today? But it’s now working fine! The only new thing that happened was an update came in for Smart Slider 3 Pro that we literally installed just a few minutes ago? But I started doing the troubleshooting steps in the Report Bug link you sent me, saw it was all working on Firefox and Chrome, and then purged my cache on Safari and on another employee’s Chrome, and we’re good!

    Do we suspect Gremlins? XD

    Hi Gaby,

    So the problem has come back. This time we erased our browser caches to get access to the Job Board again which worked just like last time, but now our staff is trying to add images to the Job Board posts and when you click on “Featured Image” it clashes somehow and no longer allows us to use the plugin until we’ve dumped the cache. However, this only lets us keep using the Simple Job Board for anything but the Featured Image.
