• Very Odd.

    I installed this new version of the plugin.

    When I make a test payment on the site everything appears to work well.

    The page returns the thank you message.

    Gravity forms sends out a “receipt” to the payer.

    Gravity forms sends a note to the admin about the payment.

    BUT…

    It appears that the Gravity Forms Braintree Payments plugin does NOT send anything to the payment gateway.

    The Merchant ID, etc., are all entered into the form.

    A “feed” is setup.

    But test payments do not pass through to Braintree.

    So I simply switched back to the original plugin like I was using before.

    Now THAT one also does not send anything to Braintree.

    I am mystified.

    So…

    I uninstalled the plugin again.

    I made sure to first “uninstall” all of the settings inside the gravity forms braintree settings section.

    Then I reinstalled the plugin and re-entered all of my api keys, settings, etc.

    I did a test donation and it appeared this time to work.

    The test donation appeared in my Braintree dashboard.

    I am not marking this as resolved yet, because I wish to test it from time to time for a month or so first, and see how well donations come through from other live users as well.

    I’ll keep you all posted.

    Hi, sorry for the delay replying. I forgot to subscribe to the support thread after publishing this plugin, so I didn’t see the notices about your message.

    Glad it sounds like you got it working. Maybe there was a conflict between the old and new settings. Please do let us if things appear to be good now, or if any other problems come up. Thanks!
