Download zip is empty

Hello!
After migration from hosting to new hosting i got new problem.
Exactly when i try to download project made by client i got only empty zip with three folders(named 1,2,3).

Any sugestion how to fix it ?

I try to:
– change php version,
– change permission folders and files
– re-install plugin and install again

P.S on preview(when someone try to design project) image working.
