This order is for 5 items. My standard shipping is 12.95 for 1 item and $2 for each additional item. It usually works., The first item here has a shipping class adding $2. The others have no shipping class which defaults to $12.95. Somehow the entire order charged $15.95.

    It should have been 24.95.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @autobooks,

Based on your description, I’m assuming you are using flat rates to configure shipping. Is that correct?

When you have a flat rate, and different shipping classes, you can configure the shipping calculation two different ways:

    1. Calculate shipping costs for each shipping class individually, and then charge the total to the customer.

    2. Choose the higher-cost class, and charge that to the customer.

You can see those options here: http://cld.wthms.co/kdg3Ra

What option did you go with? Make sure you selected the correct one.

If you can give us more details, or even a screenshot of your shipping settings, that would help.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
