Permalinks not working with tags

Hi All,

I’m not sure why this happening or how to fix it.

When I enter /%tag%/ in the permalink structure, it doesn’t work. For example, I have /%tag%/%postname%/ but when I access the post the URL shows as /%tag%/test-post.

If I add say %year% before the %tag% it will show as /2009/%tag%/test-post

I only have one tag per post. I’ve tried deleting / recreating the tags with no luck.

Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
