Gallery Not Displaying

    It’s pretty weird but on one of our websites we have noticed that the gallery doesn’t seem to load on mobile devices (IOS & Android) when the phone is in portrait position (loading gif spins continuously). Once the device is rotated the gallery suddenly appears.

    We’ve tried disabling all plugins, tried standard theme but no luck. Does anyone have any idea of a fix?

    Hi,

    Seems you have Cloudflare on your Website, it can be the reason for the issue. Please try to clear the Cache, or you can extract photo-gallery folder in order not to chached/minified.

    That’s correct. I have put cloudflare into development mode and cleared the cache and the problem persists.

    Using browserstack for device testing.

    I’ve removed the plugin and uploaded version 1.3.11 via FTP.

    The gallery now loads and works correctly on IOS and android with W3C total cache enabled, cloudflare (CDN) and cloudflare minify (HTML, CSS and Javascript) enabled.

    I would kindly suggest the problem is with version 1.5.14.
