Assistance, rsvp, or reservation, plugin?

Hello, I’m helping a friend do her website for a wedding, a blog for general news and stuff. I was wondering if anyone knows of some kind of plug in that i could add to wordpress that would help me set up some kind of system so people can “confirm” their assistance to the wedding. If anyone has some helpful resources please do tell 🙂
