    This plugin is not free, only can restore your backup if you pay for pro version. They could say it from the beginning

    Hi!
    The plugin is free and you can easily restore your website under the same domain.

    If you want to restore backup under different domain, that feature is called “migration” and it requires higher plans. Hope this explains the case.
