Website being down after trying something

    I tried to edit my log in page and I did but it did not have the text I wanted on it. I tried to remove it and now it will not dispay because the php file did not save. I cannot log in to the website or even get into the website to see it.

    download a copy of WordPress installation file then upload & replace the file you edited/removed

    I can’t even access the place to do that or maybe I don’t know where it is.

    which file you edited?
    do you have FTP access to your web hosting account?
    or, do you have cPanel (or any hosting control panel) of your web hosting account?
    You can contact your hosting provider to learn how to access your website files
