Problem displaying credits

Could you please enumerate the steps you have taken? The plugin uses a shortcode to display the credits and that is only inserted automatically when you add an image to a post after you’ve activated the plugin. (It is also not inserted automatically when you use the new Block Editor a.k.a. “Gutenberg”.)

Did you add the image to the post after installing the plugin or was that an existing image? Have you got a link to a live page where I can see the resulting HTML?

Please remove the login credentials by editing your post, that’s not allowed here. I only need to see the generated HTML on the frontend.

It appears you’ve got the “Display credit after posts.” option enabled. In that case, the credits are added to the post, not to each individual image.

In the Media page of the settings. The meaning of the various options is explained in the plugin’s README.

Please go to <yoursite>/wp-admin/options-media.php. There should be a Media Credit section on that settings page.

That does not seem like any markup generated by Media Credit. Are you using the Block Editor (Gutenberg)? Could you post a snippet of the raw content of the image section (i.e. including the shortcode)?

We are not allow to do that in these forums (ask for or use site credentials).

Please check if you have actually set the Credit field of the image (by using the pencil icon in the editor) and not, say, the Caption field.
