i am actually still getting that same notice, “please rebuild. no articles in shop.” please help
Hi @dval09,
what did you try already?
* Did you fill shop-id (should be the number of your shop, not the name) and api-key and secret?
* Did you disable caching plugins before you did click Rebuild cache?
* What did happen if you click Rebuild cache in Spreadplugin Settings?
Greetings,
Thimo
Hi Thimo and thanks for the prompt reply,
I have done both 1 and 2.
When clicking Rebuild cache, that shop gets rebuilt successfully “in the settings”. But, when navigating to the shop page I get the notice “please rebuild. no articles in shop”.
Ah ok, so the Shop articles you have are listed in the Settings page? Can I have a look please?
And I can see where the plugin has been updated because prior to the update, the products would not be shown in the rebuilding process inside settings, but now they are. It is only on the front end where I get the message and shop doesn’t display.
@dval09 it would be great if you could create an admin account for me and send to thimo@grauerholz.de – I’ll have a look then. This would be the fastest way 🙂
okay, check in 2 minutes 🙂
on it and still need some time. seems like a problem with elementor. still on it!
you can add code to the functions.php if needed
let me know if any progress is made
