Can I use WCK with Quick Edit?

For example, I created custom taxonomy tree and need to assign hundreds of products to it’s branches. WooCommerce quick edit option would be quite helpful here, but custom taxonomies do not show there. Is there something you can recommend, or the only way of assigning products to custom taxonomies is editing each product one by one?
